one: Jeremy Warmsley

After not very much deliberation at all, I've decided to set up this blog. I've been sucked in big time and am sick of not having a piece of the blogging action. Everyone's got one.

I'll start off with an all time favourite artist called Jeremy Warmsley. Despite having already released an album, he hasn't been unleashed to any great extent, and at the same time a fair few people have heard of him, but he's in no way stuck in a rut. Warmsley has been writing since the age of 17, and the most recent songs flashed onto the net If He Breaks Your Heart, The Boat Song and Lose My Cool reflect heartfelt emotions that run deep in all of Warmsley's lyrics. Namely If He... evokes a connection between performer and listener that's hard not to notice due to how honest Jeremy's words are. He's recently been going all falsetto on us, and it's really made me sit up and listen even more than usual...if that's even possible.

His single The Boat Song is out now, so go out and get! For now I'll leave you with the heart-wrenching If He Breaks Your Heart live on Jeremy's co-presented TV show.
